Prime Medical respects the health information rights for our patients and has partnered with Provider1st to securely provide medical records and diagnostic imaging to patients, guardian/legal representatives or 3rd party requestors with HIPAA authorization.

If you are a patient and would like immediate access to your medical records, please log into the
Healow patient portal.
